Here’s how it works:

Hypnosis is just a way to help you relax deeply and make space for positive changes.

While you’re in that relaxed state, I’ll guide you with suggestions that help shift old patterns and beliefs, so you can tap into your inner strength.

There’s nothing you need to do except press play, relax, and let it work its magic.


For the best results:

I recommend listening every night for 21 days to help your mind really absorb the new, empowering thoughts.

If 21 days doesn’t work for you—listen at your own pace.

This is your journey, and you get to make it work for you.


If you start to feel uncomfortable, what to do:

I also want you to know that if you ever feel uncomfortable at any point, that’s totally okay.

Feel free to move around if you need to, wiggle your fingers, open your eyes, or even pause the session if it’s not feeling right.

Everyone’s experience is different, and your body will let you know what it needs.
